It would probably be a good idea to mark which of these are not backwards compatible. In particular, merging CMENE into GOhA is unacceptably (to me) incompatable, because it completely changes the parse of bridi like {la .xorxes. cusku} (which becomes a sumti, (a {.xorxes. cusku} tanru), instead of a full bridi). Yes, good idea, I'll look into it.

None of them are outrageously incompatible, but some are in some details. (Of course, the ones that consist of "eliminate" are obviously backwards incompatible in theory, if not in practice if they have never been used.)

Yes, but the benefits in my opinion far outweigh that cost. (This has been discussed somewhere and I might add some discussion of the pro's and con's at some point.)
