Looking at "the two person car". How would one differentiate "the (two

person) car" from "the two (person car)(s)"? And what would be the default

behavior (e.g. {lo re prenu karce} )?

"lo prenu re mei karce" vs "lo re prenu karce".

The "inner quantifier" is not a part of the tanru. To use a number as part of a tanru you need to convert it with "mei".

"lo re prenu karce" means "two person-cars". "a two-person car" is "lo prenu remei karce".
