I was wondering if there's any wiki or something currently being used for translations of the CLL. I'd like to start or contribute to a simplified Chinese translation.

That's a noble idea, but I don't believe that there's a central
electronic copy readily available to translate. However, there's a new textbook being worked on at http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Lojban that may benefit from your knowledge?
