Like most structures in [[Lojban]], [[tanru|tanru]] are left-branching. E.g. '''lenku cakla ladru''' parses as {{jvs|lenku}} {{jvs|cakla}} {{jvs|ladru}}, i.e. ''cold-chocolate milk'', not "cold chocolate milk". If you want the latter, you must say '''lenku {{jvs|ke}} cakla ladru''' or '''lenku cakla {{jvs|bo}} ladru'''.

Like most structures in Lojban, tanru are left-branching. E.g. lenku cakla ladru parses as lenku cakla ladru, i.e. cold-chocolate milk, not "cold chocolate milk". If you want the latter, you must say lenku ke cakla ladru or lenku cakla bo ladru.

What's Gotcha-ish about that?
