Using what I've learned here, I can say fancu lo'i ni funca, "it depends (solely) on luck". mi'e jezrax
- or fancu le'i nu funca if you want to refer to events of fortune instead of amount of luck

- On consideration, only the second version makes sense. "How much fortune" is silly.
